摘要
农业数字化是农业产业高质量发展的重要路径,也是数字中国建设的必然要求。基于数字基础设施、产业数字化和数字产业化三个维度,构建农业数字化发展评价指标体系,利用熵值法测度2011-2020年我国31个省(直辖市、自治区)农业数字化发展综合指数以及东部、中部和西部地区区域指数。研究发现:整体而言,我国农业数字化水平稳步上升的趋势显著,且不同省份间存在明显差异;分区域看,东部地区农业数字化发展指数明显高于中部和西部,中部和西部发展指数接近。依据测度结果,从完善数字基础设施、促进数字技术与农业产业融合及加强政策扶持三方面提出推动我国农业数字化发展的政策建议,以期为政府相关部门制定加快推进农业高质量发展政策提供理论依据。
Agricultural digitalization is an important path for high-quality development of agricultural industry and an inevitable requirement for the construction of Digital China.Based on the three dimensions of digital infrastructure,industrial digitization and digital industrialization,the evaluation index system of agricultural digital development is constructed.The entropy value method was used to measure the comprehensive index of agricultural digital development in 31 provinces(municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions)in China from 2011 to 2020,as well as the regional indexes in the eastern,central and western regions.It was found that:overall,the trend of China’s agricultural digitalization level is steadily increasing significantly,and there are obvious differences among provinces.By region,the index of agricultural digital development in the eastern region is significantly higher than that in the central and western regions,and the indexes in the central and western regions are close to each other.Based on the measurement results,policy recommendations for promoting the digital development of agriculture in China are proposed in three aspects:improving digital infrastructure,promoting the integration of digital technology and agriculture,and strengthening policy support.The findings of the study can provide a theoretical basis for the policy opinions of relevant government departments to accelerate the high-quality development of agriculture.
