摘要
当前我国农村已摆脱了绝对贫困,下一阶段的主要任务是乡村的全面振兴,基于互联网大数据平台的数字乡村将成为乡村振兴的战略方向。数字乡村对推进城乡一体化进程,有效解决“三农”问题,促进农业全要素生成率提升,推动农村现代化转型,提升农村治理的智能化,破解乡村振兴难题有着重要的战略意义。通过政策体系引导,以基础设施建设为契机,深刻把握乡村振兴与数字化治理的内在机理,充分发挥互联网大数据平台在乡村治理与发展过程中的功能和作用,构建城乡融合发展的共建共享新格局,是数字乡村建设助推乡村振兴的有效路径。
At present,China’s rural areas have been lifted out of absolute poverty.The main task in the next stage is to comprehensively revitalize the rural areas.The digital village based on the Internet big data platform will become a wind vane to drive the rural revitalization in the future.Digital village has important strategic significance in promoting the process of urban-rural integration,effectively solving the“three rural problems”,promoting the generation rate of all agricultural factors,promoting the transformation of rural modernization,improving the digitalization and intelligence of rural governance,and solving the problems in rural revitalization.Through the guidance of policy system and taking the opportunity of infrastructure construction,we will deeply grasp the internal mechanism of rural revitalization and digital governance,fully reflect the responsibilities,missions and functions of Internet big data platform in the process of rural governance and development,and build a new pattern of co-construction and sharing of urban and rural integrated development.
