摘要
为深入了解信阳毛尖茶研究的现状,运用文献计量学的方法,于2021年5月1日对收录在中国知网数据库(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure)上的信阳毛尖茶文献,进行文献年代分布、发文作者、发文机构、关键词词频和文献主要研究方向的统计分析。结果显示,信阳毛尖茶研究文献截止到检索日期共有490篇,最早一篇追溯到1976年。可将其发展历程分为两个阶段:1976-2002年,这一阶段,信阳毛尖研究处于较低水平;2003年以后进入快速发展期,其研究已有一定地位和水平,但还尚未形成一支较为稳定的研究群。信阳毛尖茶文献情报源来源广泛,全国大部分地区都有对信阳毛尖的研究,河南省发表文献量最多,且核心作者及单位大多数都集中在河南省,以信阳农林学院郭桂义为首,有明显局域性。信阳毛尖研究领域的重点及热点是理化分析和经济发展,其他方面有待加强。
In order to have an in-depth understanding of the research status of Xinyang Maojian tea,a bibliometric analysis was made based on the database of Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure on May 1,2021.Statistical analysis of publication date,author,institution,keyword frequency and main research direction was conducted.The results showed that there were 490 piecesof research literature on Xinyang Maojian tea up to the retrieval date,with the earliest one dating back to 1976.The development of Xinyang Maojian tea can be divided into two stages:the first stage was from 1976 to 2002,during which the research on Xinyang Maojian tea was at a low level;the second stage was after 2003,the study of Xinyang Maojian tea entered a period of rapid development.At the later stage,the research on Xinyang Maojian tea had a certain status and level,but a relatively stable research group had not been formed.Xinyang Maojian tea has been extensively studied in most areas of China.Among them,Henan Province has the largest number of publications,and most of the core authors and units are located in Henan Province.Led by GUO Guiyi from XinyangAgriculture and Forestry University,it has obvious localization.The focus and hotspot of the research field of Xinyang Maojian are physicochemical analysis and economic development,and other aspects need to be strengthened.
