摘要 随着经济的发展与社会的进步,智能电网的建设正在逐步推进,智能电网所承载的负荷也逐步增加,因此有必要对配电网的能效展开研究,构建一套科学、合理的配电网能效评估指标体系。配电网能效评估指标体系涵盖了配电网规划、配电网设备运行状态等,采用层次分析法确定能效评估指标体系中每个单项评估指标的权重参数,再根据每个单项指标的具体表征参数,从而得到整个配电网的综合能效评估分值,进而发现配电网的缺陷。配电网能效评估指标体系有助于挖掘配电网节能潜力,提高配电网能效水平。经过实际运用表明该指标体系评估精准度高、实用性强,适宜进行大规模推广应用。 With the development of economy and society,the construction of smart grid is gradually promoted,and the load carried by smart grid is gradually increased.Therefore,it is necessary to study the energy efficiency of distribution grid and build a scientific and reasonable index system for energy efficiency assessment of distribution grid.The energy efficiency evaluation index system of distribution network covers distribution network planning,operation status of distribution network equipment,etc.The weight parameters of each individual evaluation index in the energy efficiency evaluation index system are determined by the hierarchical analysis method.Then,the comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation score of the entire distribution network is obtained according to the specific characterization parameters of each individual index,and the defects of the distribution network are discovered.The distribution network energy efficiency assessment index system helps to explore the energy-saving potential of the distribution network and improve the energy efficiency of the distribution network.The practical application shows that this index system is highly accurate and practical,and is suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
