摘要 电力监控系统是用于监视和控制电力生产及供应过程的、基于计算机及网络技术的业务系统及智能设备,作为基础支撑的通信及数据网络,其安全性关系到国家战略安全。本文结合近年来的典型网络安全事件,提出风险治理的重要性。依据电力监控系统特点和风险情况,引进先进的漏洞隐患排查技术,使漏洞挖掘分析更加高效、精准,克服了模糊测试技术的盲目性,为风险管理提供可靠的技术支撑。同时,借鉴成熟的风险管理体系,通过科学地赋值、风险计算,量化评估风险,为下一步网络安全治理提供准确的参考。 The power monitoring system is a computer and network technology-based business system and intelligent equipment for monitoring and controlling the power production and supply process. As the basic support of communication and data network, its security is related to the national strategic security. Based on the typical network security incidents in recent years, this paper puts forward the importance of risk management.According to the characteristics and risk situation of power monitoring system, the introduction of advanced vulnerability detection technology makes the vulnerability mining analysis more efficient and accurate, overcomes the blindness of fuzzy testing technology, and provides reliable technical support for risk management. At the same time, drawing on the mature risk management system, through scientific valuation and risk calculation, quantitative assessment of risk will provide an accurate reference for the next step of network security governance.
