摘要
随着PLC技术的发展,PLC应用领域较多,主要应用于数据采集、开关量控制、模拟量控制等方面。其数据存储区越来越大,数据采集可以用计数器累计记录采集到的脉冲数。数据采集也可用A/D单元,将模拟量转换成数字量。PLC还可配置上小型打印机,也可与计算机通讯。由计算机读取数据,再对这些数据作处理,这时PLC即成为计算机的数据终端。可编程控制器控制开关量的能力是很强的。所控制的入出点数,少的十几点、几十点,多的可到几百、几千甚至几万点。由于它能联网,点数几乎不受限制,不管多少点都能控制。不仅大型、中型机可以进行模拟量控制,就是小型机也能进行这样的控制。为此,各PLC厂家都在这方面进行大量的开发。Micro800控制器系列主要是罗克韦尔公司研发,设计用于经济型单机控制。根据基座中内置I/O点数的不同,这些经济的小型PLC具有不同的配置,其拥有的一系列特性足以满足不同需求,主要型号包括Micro810、Micro820、Micro830、Micro850及适配的附件和功能性插件。
With the development of PLC technology,PLC has many applications,mainly used in data acquisition,switching control,analog control and so on.Its data storage area is becoming larger and larger,and counters can be used for data acquisition to record the number of pulses collected.A/D unit can also be used for data acquisition to convert analog quantity into digital quantity.The PLC can also be configured with a small printer and can also communicate with a computer.The data is read out by the computer and then processed by the computer.At this time,PLC becomes the data terminal of the computer.The ability of programmable controller to control switching value is very strong.The number of input and output points under control can range from a few dozen or dozens to hundreds,thousands or even tens of thousands.Because it can be connected to the Internet,the number of points is almost unlimited,no matter how many points can be controlled.Not only large and medium-sized computers can perform analog control,but also small computers can perform such control.To this end,PLC manufacturers have carried out a lot of development in this area.The Micro800 controller series is mainly developed by Rockwell and designed for economical stand-alone control.Depending on the number of I/O points built in the base,these economical small PLCs have different configurations,and a series of features are sufficient to meet different needs.The main models include Micro810,Micro820,Micro830,Micro850,and applicable accessories and functional plug-ins.
