摘要
为了实现皮革产业在低碳环境下的绿色化发展目标,本文简单分析了皮革产业绿色化发展在贯彻实施“十四五”规划、树立行业企业形象、顺应国际社会环保工作方面的价值。针对皮革产业发展过程中的固体及液体污染,探讨了削减污染物排放量及能源消耗的发展思路,最终提出了产业联盟建设、皮革产业低碳经济模型建立、绿色技术革新及人才培养和国家法律支撑的支持对策。
In order to achieve the goal of green development of the leather industry in a low-carbon environment,this article briefly analyzes the value of green development of the leather industry in implementing the“14 th Five Year Plan”,establishing the image of the industry enterprise,and complying with international environmental protection work.In view of the solid and liquid pollution in the development of leather industry,the development ideas of reducing pollutant emissions and energy consumption were discussed,and finally the countermeasures of industrial alliance construction,establishment of low-carbon economic model of leather industry,green technology innovation and talent training,and national legal support were proposed.
