摘要
电驱动桥作为新能源商用车的核心零部件,其质量状况直接影响电动商用车整车的性能。为了评估其装配品质及规范下线检测,对商用车电驱动桥下线检测技术进行了研究。调研了以电驱动桥检测相关的现行标准,提出了制定商用车电驱动桥总成下线检测规范和标准的建议。根据相关检测标准,结合商用车电驱动桥结构特点以及车桥企业检测现状,提出了四项重要的下线检测项目,并分别介绍了检测方法及技术要求。从检测技术的层面引导商用车电驱动桥整体水平的不断提升,为同类产品的下线检测技术、品质管控和故障诊断提供参考。
E-axle is the core component of new energy commercial vehicle.Its quality directly affects the performance of the whole electric commercial vehicle.In order to evaluate the assembly quality and standardize the off-line inspection,the off-line inspection technology of e-axle is studied.The current standards related to the inspection of e-axle are investigated,and the suggestion of establishing the offline inspection specifications and standards for the e-axle assembly of commercial vehicles is put forward.According to the relevant inspection standards,combined with the structural characteristics of the e-axle of commercial vehicles and the inspection status of the axle enterprises,four important off-line inspection items are proposed,and the inspection methods and technical requirements are introduced respectively.The level of detection technology guides the continuous improvement of the overall level of the electric drive axle of commercial vehicles from.The research provides reference for offline detection technology,quality control and fault diagnosis of similar products.
