摘要
针对新能源汽车电驱动系统高度集成化的要求,开发一款三合一电驱动系统,阐述了该驱动系统的结构集成设计方案以及电气原理,介绍了系统的冷却系统设计,并对系统的散热性能进行了热仿真分析。通过制作样机对三合一电驱动系统进行台架测试,测试结果表明,该三合一电驱动系统具有良好的输出性能。
According to the requirement of high-integration electric driving system of electric vehicle,a there-in-one electric driving product was designed.The structure scheme and electrical schematic of the system were expounded.This paper also designs the cooling system,and the thermal simulation is carried out for it.Finally,the results of the bench test on the prototype shows that the there-in-one driving system developed in this paper makes an excellent output performance.
