摘要
文章以某新型号的三合一电驱动系统为研究对象,分析了三合一电驱动系统噪声产生的几种机理,并通过实测满载匀加速情况下的噪声发现,控制器盖板的结构振动辐射噪声对驱动系统总声压级贡献最大;提出了从电机激励与控制器盖板两方面进行优化,通过对转子开槽减小径向电磁波,通过对控制器盖板进行周向加筋及加厚增加盖板的刚度,提高盖板的固有频率。有限元仿真和试验结果表明,优化后的系统电机径向电磁力波减小,盖板共振得到有效抑制,驱动系统噪声明显下降,测量得出采用新转子结构与5 mm加筋盖板的驱动系统的噪声整体下降约13.3 dB。
Taking a new model of three-in-one electric drive system as the research object,several mechanisms of noise generation of three-in-one electric drive system are analyzed.Through the noise measured under the condition of full load and uniform acceleration,it is found that the structural vibration radiated noise of the controller cover plate contributes the most to the total sound pressure level of the drive system.By grooving the rotor and circumferentially stiffening and thickening the cover plate of the controller,the rigidity of the cover plate increases,and the natural frequency of the cover plate is improved.The finite element simulation and test results show that the radial electromagnetic force wave of the motor decreases,the cover plate resonance is effectively suppressed,and the noise of the drive system significantly decreases.The noise of the drive system with a new rotor structure and a 5 mm reinforced cover plate decreases by about 13.3 dB.
