农民短视频使用中的可见性探析——基于山西省山区村落的实地调查 被引量:1

摘要 随着新媒体尤其是短视频在乡村社会的普及,农民们通过被关注、被观看以及自我凸显等形式,是否实现了传播中的可见性并获得新的属性呢?对山西省5个山区村落农民的短视频使用情况进行实地调研发现:农民与短视频之间是一种充满了信息“距离感”的关系,农民在短视频中的“被看见”是一种围观,也是一种疏离。在这种围观与疏离中,他们“被看见”,成为一种可见性的存在;他们也“让看见”,孕育了自我中一种新的力量。通过“被看见”与“让看见”,农民与短视频之间形成了三种可见性关系,这三种关系分别呈现在自我定义、他者定义和作为社会关系网络的旁观者定义三种形式中。经由这三种可见性,农民突破了城乡之间的地理障碍与社会结构的限制。有待探讨的是:在乡村振兴中,新媒体技术在多大程度上可以改变村落的面貌及其传统因素?这在现有的媒介与发展理论中,还处在缺席的位置。 With the popularity of new media,especially short videos in rural society,through the form of being concerned,being watched,and self-prominence,did the villagers achieve visibility in communication?The field investigation on the use of short videos by villagers in five mountain villages in Shanxi Province find that there is a relationship between villagers and short videos full of information“sense of distance”.The“being seen”by villagers in short videos is a kind of onlooker,but also a kind of alienation.In this kind of onlookers and alienation,their“being seen”becomes a visible existence,and their“letting see”also breeds a new power in the self.Through the process of“letting see”and“being seen”,three kinds of visible relationships are formed between villagers and short videos,which are respectively presented in three forms:self-definition,other-definition and bystander definition as a social relationship network.Through these types of visibility,farmers have broken through the geographical barriers and socil structure limitations between urban and rural areas.What needs to be further discussed is that,in rural revitalization,to what extent can this new media technology change the appearance and traditional factors of villages?including economic,administrative,cultural activities and other traditional factors?It is still in an absent position in existing media and development theories.
