摘要
现代产业学院作为产教融合、校企合作的一种新型高等教育组织形态,既是当今新技术、新产业和新经济发展对高校的必然要求,也是知识生产模式Ⅰ、模式Ⅱ向模式Ⅲ转型的必然产物。地方本科高校只有转变教育观念,立足区域发展,面向产业需求,创建“政府—大学—产业—公民社会”多元知识生产、传播和评价新机制,新辟“专业共建”“师资共培”“课程共创”“项目共研”“就业共助”“资源共享”的协同育人路径,才能真正实现产业与教育、科研与教学的深度融合和学习与工作、理论与实践的有机结合,培养出能服务社会、引领社会的高素质应用型人才。
Modern industrial institution,as a new form of higher education organization that integrates industry and education and cooperates with schools and enterprises,is not only an inevitable requirement for universities in the development of new technologies,industries,and economy,but also an inevitable product of the transformation from knowledge production mode I and mode II to mode III.Only by changing the concept of education,basing on regional development,facing the needs of industry,creating a new mechanism of“government-university-industry-civil society”for the production,dissemination and evaluation of diversified knowledge,and creating a collaborative education path of“profession co-building”,“faculty co-upgrading”,“curriculum co-planning”,“project co-researching”,“employment co-supporting”and“resource sharing”,can local undergraduate colleges and universities truly realize the deep integration of industry and education.This deep integration of scientific research and teaching,as well as the organic integration of learning and work,theory and practice,can cultivate high-quality applied talents who can serve and lead society.
