分流叶片前缘安装角对离心压气机性能的影响

摘要 为探究分流叶片前缘安装角对离心压气机性能的影响,选取改型的Krain高压比离心压气机叶轮为研究对象,利用ANSYS CFX软件模拟单流道叶轮,主要剖析分流叶片前缘安装角的变化对离心压气机叶轮内部流动的影响。研究结果表明,当分流叶片前缘安装角靠近主叶片吸力面时,前缘激波减弱,弱化了激波与边界层的互相干扰作用,改善了离心压气机总体性能。与原型相比,改型的压气机等熵效率提升0.621%,总压比提高0.867%。 In order to explore the influence of the in stallation angle of the leading edge of the splitter blade on the performance of the centrifugal compressor,the modified Krain high pressure ratio centrifugal compressor impeller was selected as the research object,and the single-channel impeller was simulated with ANSYS CFX software,mainly analyzing the influence of the change of the installation angle of the leading edge of the spliter blade on the internal flow of the centrifugal compressor impeller.The results show that when the installation angle of the leading edge of the spliter blade is close to the suction surface of the main blade,the leading edge shock wave is weakened,the interaction between the shock wave and the boundary layer is weakened,and the overall performance of the centrifugal compressor is improved.Compared with the prototype,the isentropic efficiency of the modified compressor is increased by 0.621%,and the total pressure ratio is increased by 0.867%.
