摘要
针对井上变电站人工巡检效率低、劳动强度大、故障诊断结果不可靠、巡检过程难以监控以及成本较高等问题,本文通过分析变电站巡检要求,设计了一种跟踪井上变电站的智能巡检机器人,代替人工完成变电站巡检任务,介绍了机器人硬件模块的组成,并以模块化的思路编写了控制软件程序。经现场功能调试和应用表明,设计的轨道巡检机器人可缩短巡检时间87%,降低工人劳动强度,对异常位置点自动定位并快速响应,有效避免变电站事故,为保证设备稳定运行发挥了重要作用,提高了变电站智能化管理水平。
For inoue substation manual inspection is low efficiency,labor intensity,fault diagnosis result is not reliable,inspection process is difficult to monitor and higher cost,this paper through the analysis of substation inspection requirements,designed a track inoue substation intelligent inspection robot,instead of artificial substation inspection task.This paper introduces the composition of the robot hardware module and writes the control software program with the modular idea.By the field function debugging and application shows that the design of the track inspection robot can shorten the inspection time 87%,reduce the workers labor intensity,the abnormal position point automatic positioning and rapid response,effectively avoid the occurrence of substation accident,to ensure the stable operation of the equipment play an important role,improve the level of intelligent substation management.
