摘要
烧结矿是我国高炉炼铁的主要原料,而烧结混合料水分控制效果直接影响了烧结生产的质量与产量。该文详细分析了烧结混合料加水混合工艺流程及其特点,开发了相应的集散控制系统(DCS),分别从系统软件硬件方案、上位机监控画面设计、控制方案3个方面对该系统进行介绍。最后,结合某钢厂220 m2烧结机水分控制系统应用表明,该系统满足了生产需求并提高了烧结自动化水平。
Sinter is the main raw material of blast furnace ironmaking and the water control effect of sinter mixture directly affects the quality and output of sinter production.In this paper,the mixing process and characteristics of sintering mixed material and water are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding distributed control system(DCS)is developed.The system is introduced from three aspects:system software and hardware scheme,PC monitoring screen design and control scheme.Finally,combined with the application of Nangang 220 m2 sintering machine moisture control system,it shows that the system can meet the production demand and improve the level of sintering automation.
