摘要
阐述了烧结混合料自动加水系统的控制原理，一、二次混合目标水分率的设定及加水量的计算，介绍了SIPOS 5 FIASH变频智能型电动执行器的性能和特点，分析了烧结生产中影响测水仪测量精度的主要因素。
The control principle of automatic water control system for sinter mixed charge is introduced,setting moisture percentage of mixing objective at one or two times and calculating water volume. The performance and characteristics of SIPOS 5 FIASH intelligent frequency actuator are also introduced and the main factors affecting the precision of water meter are analysed in this paper.
