基于改进熵分析山东省用水系统结构演化特征与影响因素

摘要 利用信息熵的性质,结合山东省各用水部门的最佳用水比例,对信息熵原有公式加以改进,提出山东省用水系统结构改进熵的概念;利用改进熵的变化趋势,分析2004—2019年山东省用水系统结构的演化特征,揭示山东省用水系统结构演化的影响因素。结果表明:山东省用水系统结构改进熵呈增大趋势,用水系统结构的稳定性、协调性增强,各用水部门的用水比例逐渐接近最佳用水比例;用水系统结构呈现明显的区域性差异,东部沿海地区的改进熵明显大于西部的,差距随着用水系统结构的调整而逐渐缩小;山东省用水系统结构的演化与产业结构的调整息息相关,产业结构的调整促使用水系统结构向更有利于社会发展的方向演化。 On the basis of the nature of information entropy and the best water use ratio of each water use department in Shandong province,the original formula was improved,and the concept of improved entropy of water use system structure in Shandong province was proposed.The change trend of improved entropy was used to analyze evolution characteristics of water use system structure in Shandong province from 2004 to 2019.Influencing factors of water use system structure evolution in Shandong province were revealed.The results show that the improved entropy of water use system structure in Shandong province increases.The stability and coordination of water use system structure are enhanced,and the water use ratio of each water use department is gradually close to the best water use ratio.There are obvious regional differences in water use system structure.The improved entropy in the eastern coastal regions is significantly higher than that in the western regions,and with adjustment of water use system structure,this gap is gradually narrowing.The evolution of water use system structure in Shandong province is closely related to adjustment of industrial structure,and the adjustment of industrial structure promotes the evolution of water use system structure to be more conducive to social development.
