摘要
应用协同学理论和复合系统原理,构造了区域产业用水系统内各组成子系统(农业子系统、工业子系统和第三产业子系统)之间发展的协调度模型。该协调度决定了产业用水系统到达临界区域时的序与结构,或者说决定了产业用水系统由无序走向有序的趋势。以北京市为实例进行了实例分析,其计算结果说明北京市产业用水系统在过去的十几年中总体协调程度不好,波动幅度比较大,其演化态势不容乐观。
Based on the coordination theory and principle for composite system a model describing the coordination degree among the subsystems of regional industry water use such as agricultural subsystem, industrial subsystem and the subsystem for the third industry, is established. The coordination degree determines the sequence of the subsystem and the constitution of the whole water use system when the system reaches the critical situation. This model is applied to analyze the development tendency of industrial water use in Beijing City. The result shows that the coordination degree of the industrial water use system fluctuates rapidly in the past ten years. It hints that the development tendency is not optimistic.
