基于“精益对接和深度协同”的工程交圈地带安全管理

摘要 针对电网新建、改扩建工程存在的交圈地带条件复杂、安全管理难度大的问题,从顶层设计、机制优化、前期准备、协同开展实施管控、精益开展验收评估、总结提升等方面进行“精益对接和深度协同”管理体系的探索与应用,以保障工程安全推进和高质量投产。 In allusion to the problems of complex intersection zone conditions and difficult safety management in the construction,renovation and expansion projects of power grid,the exploration and application of the"lean abutment and deep coordination"management system is explored and applied from the aspects of toplevel design,mechanism optimization,pre-preparation,collaborative implementation of management and control,lean acceptance evaluation,summary and improvement so as to guarantee such engineering projects to be safety advanced and put into high-quality produciton.
