摘要
近年来,建筑工人老龄化问题日益突出。通过分析年鉴数据、建筑工人问卷调查数据和建筑工地进场登记数据,本文发现建筑行业近10年来进入快速老龄化时期,但老龄化程度在纵向职级之间和横向工种之中呈现出显著的差异,一线工人和重体力、工作环境较差的技术工种老龄化程度更深。针对这些特征,本文从劳动力市场供给侧、需求侧以及供需匹配机制初步探究其成因。本文结论对人口老龄化背景下的管理实践和政策制定具有一定的启示。
Ageing in construction workforce has become increasingly prominent in recent years.Combining macro data and micro data from questionnaire and construction site registration,the paper finds that construction industry has experienced a period of rapid aging in the past 10 years,and there are significant differences both in vertical ranks and in horizontal posts.The paper analyzes these characteristics from the following perspectives.From supply-side,there are changes in demographic structure and the job intent of young workers;from demand-side,changes have taken place in industrial structure;on top of them,social network has no longer worked as an effective matching mechanism in labor market;all of these jointly contribute to ageing in the construction workforce.The conclusions of this paper may provide some enlightenment for management practice and policy-making in the context of population ageing.
