职教师范生信息化教学能力:概念建构、发展现状与培育策略 被引量:1

摘要 信息化教学能力是职业教育数字化转型背景下职教师范生的关键能力。根据职教师范生信息化教学能力的指标体系编制调查问卷,对职教师范生的信息化教学能力发展现状进行调查分析,发现职教师范生信息化教学能力整体上表现一般,教学中关键的信息技术软硬件掌握不牢固,信息技术主动应用的意识比较淡薄,有关职业教育和新兴技术的资源设计利用能力偏低,信息技术支持职业教育理实一体化教学设计能力不强,以及教学实施的规范化程度和研究反思意识有待提升,有必要从能力分层的顶层设计、内容融合的课程改革和多维协同的治理创新三个方面提升职教师范生信息化教学能力。 Informatization teaching ability is the key ability of vocational education normal students in the context of digital transformation of vocational education.Based on the indicator system of vocational education normal students information technology teaching ability,a survey questionnaire was developed to investigate and analyze the current development status of vocational education normal students’information technology teaching ability.It was found that the overall performance of vocational education normal students'information technology teaching ability was average,with weak grasp of key information technology software and hardware in teaching,weak awareness of active application of information technology,and low ability to design and utilize resources related to vocational education and emerging technologies,The ability of information technology to support the integration of theory and practice in vocational education teaching design is not strong,and the standardization level of teaching implementation and research reflection awareness need to be improved.It is necessary to build a strategic system for enhancing the informationization teaching ability of vocational education normal students from three aspects:top-level design of ability stratification,curriculum reform of content integration,and multi-dimensional collaborative governance innovation.
