摘要
培养师范生扎实的信息化教学能力是师范院校培养合格职前教师的一项核心内容.为提升师范生的信息化教学能力水平,深化教育评价改革,以评价为研究的切入点,以“突出能力评价,严格评价过程,提高学习质量”为基本逻辑,以《师范生信息化教学能力标准》为设计依据,提出了“师范生信息化教学能力四维度评价框架”.实践表明,四维度评价框架具有科学性、有效性和可行性.
In normal colleges, cultivating the ICT teaching competency of pre-service teachers is a core element of training qualified pre-service teachers. To improve this competency and deepen the education evaluation reform,this paper takes evaluation as the starting point,and proposes a four-dimensional evaluation framework for the ICT teaching competency of pre-service teachers,with“highlighted competency evaluation,strict evaluation process,and improved learning quality”as the basic logic,and“ICT Teaching Competency Standards for Pre-Service Teachers”as the design basis. The practice shows that the evaluation framework is scientific,effective and feasible.
