倒春寒对323份冬小麦种质资源影响初探

Preliminary Study on the Influence of Late Spring Coldness on 323 Winter Wheat Germplasm Resources

摘要 近年来,极端天气频发,2020年4月20-23日河北大部分地区小麦遭遇倒春寒,导致部分小麦品种穗部缺粒严重。本研究调查了该年度石家庄市农林科学研究院赵县试验站种植的323份国内外小麦种质资源的穗部结实性和产量相关的农艺性状,对来源于不同地区小麦的抗倒春寒能力及其与产量相关的农艺性状进行统计分析。结果表明,来源于不同地区小麦种质倒春寒抗性和重要农艺性状在河北表现差异明显,抗寒分级(穗部缺粒)范围在0~4.5级。抗寒级别与单株粒重、株高、分蘖数、穗数、穗长和旗叶长呈显著或极显著负相关,相关系数分别为-0.3582、-0.5469、-0.5277、-0.4942、-0.1386和-0.2090,与小穗数和旗叶宽呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.2290和0.3506。田间筛选出黄淮麦区完全未受倒春寒影响的小麦种质资源23份,为选育抗倒春寒小麦新品种提供重要参考。 In recent years,extreme weather has occurred frequently.On April 20-23th,2020,wheat in most areas of Hebei suffered from late spring coldness,which caused serious shortage of grains in the spike of some wheat varieties.This study investigated the spike fecundity and the agronomic characteristics related to yield of 323 domestic and foreign wheat germplasm resources planted at the Zhao County Experimental Station of Shijiazhuang Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences in 2020.The abilities to resist late spring coldness of wheats from different regions and its agronomic characteristics related to yield were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the late spring coldness resistance and important agronomic characteristics of wheat varieties from different regions were significantly different in Hebei,and the classification of late spring coldness(lack of grain at spike)ranged from 0 to 4.5.The level of cold resistance in late spring coldness was significantly or extremely significantly negatively correlated with grain weight per plant,plant height,tillers number,panicles number,spike length and flag leaf length,and the correlation coefficients were-0.3582,-0.5469,-0.5277,-0.4942,-0.1386 and-0.2090,respectively.There was a very significant positive correlation with the spikelets number and flag leaf width,and the correlation coefficients were 0.2290 and 0.3506,respectively.A total of 23 wheat germplasm resources were screened out in the Huanghuai wheat area that were completely unaffected by the late spring coldness.The above results provided an important reference basis for the selection and breeding of new wheat varieties resistant to late spring coldness.
