摘要
目的 分析利奈唑胺与万古霉素治疗老年患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床效果。方法 对本院2020年1月-2022年1月所收治的74例老年患者呼吸机相关性肺炎患者进行研究。随机分为参照组与实验组,每组各37例。参照组采用万古霉素治疗,实验组采用利奈唑胺治疗。观察两组治疗前后炎症指标、治疗疗程、治疗疗效及安全性。结果 治疗前,两组炎症指标水平差异无意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组WBC、CPR、PCT,均低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗疗程短于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);两组在不良反应发生率上差异无意义(P>0.05)。结论 利奈唑胺与万古霉素治疗老年患者呼吸机相关性肺炎均具有一定疗效,但利奈唑胺的疗效更加确切,更有利于改善患者炎症反应,提高疗效,促进患者早日康复,值得推广。
Objective To analyze clinical effect of linezolid and vancomycin in treatment of elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods The paper studied 74 elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022,and divided them into reference group and experimental group randomly,with 37 cases in each group.Control group was treated with vancomycin,and experimental group with linezolid.Inflammatory indicators,treatment course,treatment effect and safety were observed between two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in levels of inflammatory indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the WBC,CPR and PCT in experimental group were lower than reference group(P<0.05).Treatment course of experimental group was shorter than reference group(P<0.05).Effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Linezolid and vancomycin can achieve some certain effect in treatment of elderly patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia,and linezolid has better effect with higher accuracy,can improve inflammatory response of patients with better curative effect,and promote early recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
