摘要
目的 浅谈经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定在脊柱骨折患者中的效果。方法 将2020年1月-2022年9月间来本院治疗脊柱骨折的患者50例作为研究对象,按照抽签法分组方式将其分成对照组(25例)和实验组(25例)。对照组采取切开内固定术进行治疗,实验组采取经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术进行治疗。对比和分析两组患者手术结果。结果 实验组在包括手术所用时间、术中失血量、术后引流量和住院时间在内的手术指标比较中全部优于对照组,数据统计意义显著(P<0.05);在后凸Cobb、伤椎前缘高度、椎间隙高度、术后疼痛评分比较中,两组患者手术前各项数据无明显差异(P>0.05);手术后,实验组患者后凸Cobb角度较对照组更小,伤椎前缘高度和椎间隙高度较对照组更高,同时实验组术后疼痛评分也低于对照组,数据统计意义明显(P<0.05);在术后并发症比较中,实验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,数据间具有明显统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 对脊柱骨折患者采取经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术进行治疗,可显著改善患者术后的椎间隙高度和伤椎前缘高度,安全性更高,效果更好。
Objective To discuss effect of percutaneous pedicle screw fixation for patients with spinal fractures.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with spinal fractures in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 as study objects,and divided them into control group(25 cases)and experimental group(25 cases)according to drawing lots method.Control group was treated with open internal fixation,while experimental group with percutaneous pedicle screw fixation.Surgical results between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Surgical indicators including surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and length of stay in experimental group were better than control group,with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison of Cobb kyphosis,anterior edge height of injured vertebrae,intervertebral space height and postoperative pain scores showed no significant difference in preoperative data between two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the Cobb angle of experimental group was smaller than control group,anterior edge height and intervertebral space of injured vertebra was higher than control group.At the same time,postoperative pain scores of experimental group were lower than control group,with significant statistical significance(P<0.05).Comparison showed,postoperative complications,incidence of complications in experimental group were significantly lower than control group,there was significant statistical significance between the data(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation can improve postoperative height of the intervertebral space and anterior edge of injured vertebra of spinal fractures patients significantly,with higher safety and better effect.
