摘要
胸腰椎骨折微创手术是当代脊柱外科的必然发展趋势。随着科技的进步与社会的发展,微创理念的影响力也将越来越大。然而在不断发展的同时,随之而来的问题也要求进行思考和探讨。本文将对胸腰椎骨折微创手术的进展及思考简单作一综述,旨在为胸腰椎骨折的治疗提供依据。
The minimally invasive thoracolumbar fracture surgery is an inevitable trend in the development of modern spine surgery.With the development of science and society,the influence of minimally invasive concept is now increasingly great.Although it has gotten great progress,a number of problems remain to be solved.This article has a simple overview about the thought and development of the minimally invasive thoracolumbar fracture surgery in order to provide basis for thoracolumbar fracture surgery.
