摘要
神经外科住院医师规范化培训是一项长期复杂的教学工作,笔者自身在住院医师规范化培训带教过程中发现了诸多问题:(1)住培医师背景层次不同,神经外科轮转时间不足;(2)住培医师神经外科基础理论相对薄弱,基本临床技能有待提高;(3)住培医师神经外科临床操作机会少,参与度不高;(4)临床教员带教意识不强,带教积极性不高,出科考核把关不严。同时结合带教经验提出了相应的教学改进措施:(1)严格落实住培管理制度,保证教学活动质量;(2)积极探索多种教学模式,充分发挥移动医疗作用,切实提高教学效果;(3)注重神经外科住培医师医学人文的培养;(4)严格出科考核制度,建立健全带教教员奖励机制,提高临床带教积极性。为进一步提高临床带教水平、提升神经外科住院医师规范化培训效果提供参考。
The standardized training of neurosurgery residents is a long-term and complicated teaching work.The author has found many problems in the process of standardized training and teaching of residents:(1)different background levels of residents and insufficient rotation time of neurosurgery.(2)The basic theory of Neurosurgery of resident physicians is relatively weak,and their basic clinical skills need to be improved.(3)The resident doctors in Neurosurgery have few opportunities for clinical operation and low participation.(4)Clinical instructors have a weak awareness of teaching,low enthusiasm for teaching,and lax assessment of graduation.At the same time,corresponding teaching improvement measures have been proposed based on teaching experience:(1)Strictly implement the management system of standardized training to ensure the quality of teaching activities.(2)Actively exploring various teaching modes,fully leveraging the role of mobile healthcare,and effectively improving teaching effectiveness.(3)Pay attention to the cultivation of medical humanities of Neurosurgery resident physicians.(4)Strictly implement the assessment system for admission,establish and improve the reward mechanism for teaching staff,and enhance the enthusiasm for clinical teaching.It provides reference for further improving the clinical teaching level and promoting the standardized training effect of Neurosurgery residents.
