摘要
临床路径是程序化、标准化医疗诊查和处置流程。使用临床路径可以规范医师诊疗行为,提高医护人员工作效率,能够缩短平均住院日、降低住院次均费用,提高医疗质量,降低医疗风险,提升患者满意度。临床路径信息化既可以减轻临床医师填写表单的工作量,可以便捷地使用临床路径管理患者,又可以帮助医院管理者实时监控临床路径相关数据,提高临床路径的管理水平,从而达到提升医疗质量水平的目的。研究探讨了信息化临床路径的实际应用效果,对临床路径信息系统设计和实施过程提出建议,并提倡应该大力推动临床路径信息化应用。
The clinical pathway is a way of programmed, standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinical pathway could regulate the doctor＇s treatment behavior, improve the efficiency of health care workers, reduce the average hospital stay, reduce the cost of hospitalization, improve the quality of medical care, reduce medical risks and enhance patient satisfaction. Not only can the clinical pathway informatization reduce the workload of the clinician to fill out the form, they can easily use the clinical path to manage the patient, but also help the hospital manager to monitor the clinical pathway-related data in real time to improve the management level of clinical path, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of medical care. This paper discusses the practical application of information technology clinical pathway, clinical path information system design and implementation of the proposed process, and advocate to promote the application of chnical pathway information.
