摘要
本文利用非参数检验方法对多弹头与手术切除治疗肝癌的医疗消耗情况进行比较 ,分析患者住院天数、住院费用及费用 -效果比值的差异。结果显示 ,多弹头治疗肝癌有利于缩短平均住院日和降低医疗费用。
The author analyzed the medical consumption of the liver cancer treated by the multi warhead and operation through Mann Whitney Test, analyzed the difference of ratio of the hospitalized days, hospitalized expense and expense effect. The result shows treatment by multi warhead will lower the average hospitalized days and the medical expense. It also shows we can lower the consumption of the medical resource by the high tech.
