摘要
针对羊肚菌虫害问题,选择食用菌栽培中使用率较高且未进行农药登记的5种农药,于连作4年后出现连作障碍现象的设施大棚内,开展羊肚菌虫害药物试验,研究5种农药对羊肚菌栽培效果的影响,并对子实体农药残留进行检测分析,以期为菇农在羊肚菌栽培中的安全用药提供参考依据。结果表明,5种农药对羊肚菌菌丝生长、分生孢子产生和羊肚菌产量无明显影响。按说明书施用5种农药后,阿维·高氯、敌百·辛硫磷、辛硫磷和高氯·毒死蜱未检测出农药残留,施用阿维·螺螨酯检测出了阿维菌素残留。
In order to solve the problem of pests on morels,5 kinds of pesticides with high utilization rate in edible fungi cultivation and without pesticide registration were studied in the shed where continuous cropping obstacles occurred after four years of continuous cropping,to study the effects of 5 pesticides on the cultivation of morels,and to detect the pesticide residues in fruit body,in order to provide a reference for mushroom farmers in the safe use of pesticide on morels cultivation.The results showed that the 5 pesticides had no obvious effect on the growth of morels hypha,conidia production and production.Abamectin·beta cypermethrin,dipterex·phoxim,phoxim and beta cypermethrin·chlorpyrifos were not detected as pesticide residues,but residues of avermectin were found after application of abamectin·spirodiclofen.
