摘要
生土材料是一种绿色低碳环保的建筑材料,如何提高生土材料的性能亟待系统深入的研究。本论文采用XRD、SEM、氮吸附、导热系数测试等手段研究熟石灰、水泥、粉煤灰、偏高岭土单掺或复掺对流态固化土工作性、硬化固化土试块微观结构和宏观性能的影响,并揭示其作用机理。试验结果表明:当水固比为0.20时,固化土拌合物流动度均达到250 mm以上;单掺熟石灰时,RS-L_(10)强度提升幅度最大;复掺熟石灰和水泥RS-L_(10)-C_(15)的28 d抗折抗压强度最高,复掺熟石灰和偏高岭土RS-L_(10)-MK_(25)收缩性能与强度均有良好表现,导热系数与纯生土较为接近,保温隔热性能优异。本研究为无机固化剂在流态固化土中的科学化应用提供依据。
Raw soil material is a green,low-carbon and environmentally friendly construction material,and how to improve the performance of raw clay material is in urgent need of systematic and in-depth research.In this thesis,the effects of single or compound blending of slaked lime,cement,fly ash and metakaolin on the workability of fluid cured soil,microstructure and macroscopic properties of hardened cured soil specimens were investigated by using XRD,SEM,nitrogen adsorption and thermal conductivity tests,and the mechanism of action was revealed.The test results show that:when the water-solid ratio is 0.20,the flowability of the cured soil mixes all reach more than 250 mm;when the single admixture of slaked lime,the strength of RS-L 10 has the greatest increase;RS-L 10-C 15 have the highest 28 d flexural and compressive strength,and RS-L 10-MK 25 have good shrinkage and strength are good,and the thermal conductivity is close to that of pure raw soil,with excellent thermal insulation performance.This study provides the basis for the scientific application of inorganic curing agent in fluid cured soil.
