摘要
针对轨道交通橡胶弹性元件疲劳性能试验,分析橡胶弹簧和橡胶节点结构,设计橡胶弹簧新型垂向横向纵向三向加载疲劳试验方案、橡胶节点径向扭转二向加载疲劳试验方案,与现有试验方案进行比对,应用新型方案对弹性元进行疲劳试验,结果表明:新型试验结构设计合理,满足复合加载疲劳试验要求,为弹性元件研发和疲劳试验提供设计参考。
This article focuses on the fatigue performance test of rubber elastic components in rail transit,analyzes the structure of rubber springs and rubber nodes,designs a new vertical,transverse,and longitudinal three direction loading fatigue test plan for rubber springs,and a radial torsion two direction loading fatigue test plan for rubber nodes,compares it with existing test plans,and applies the new plan to conduct fatigue tests on the elastic elements.The results indicate that the new experimental structure design is reasonable and meets the requirements of composite loading fatigue testing,providing a design reference for the research and development of elastic components and fatigue testing.
