摘要
目的探讨高仿真模拟教学在院前急救护士岗前培训中的应用效果。方法选取2019年8月至2022年8月借调到南昌急救中心工作的108名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各54名。对照组采取传统教学法,观察组采用高仿真模拟教学,两组均持续教学4周。比较两组考核成绩、批判性思维能力和教学满意度。结果观察组理论知识、护理操作技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教学前,两组护士寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组护士寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度评分均高于教学前,且观察组护士寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在院前急救护士岗前培训中采取高仿真模拟教学,能够提升护士的核心能力水平,培养其批判性思维能力,教学满意度更高。
Objective To explore the application effect of high simulation teaching in pre-service training of emergency nurses.Methods A total of 108 nurses seconded to Nanchang Emergency Center from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group using random number table method,with 54 nurses in each group.The control group received traditional teaching method,while the observation group received high simulation teaching.Both groups continued to teach for 4 weeks.Test scores,critical thinking ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical knowledge and nursing skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before teaching,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of truth seeking,open-mindedness,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence,curiosity and cognitive maturity between the two groups(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of truth seeking,open mind,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence,curiosity and cognitive maturity of nurses in both groups were higher than before teaching,and the scores of truth seeking,open mind,analytical ability,systematic ability,self-confidence,curiosity and cognitive maturity of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting high simulation teaching in pre-service training of emergency nurses can improve their core competence,cultivate their critical thinking ability and improve their teaching satisfaction.
