摘要
目的观察左归丸加减联合中药封包治疗早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年5月在新余市中医院治疗的60例POI患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用左归丸加减方煎服,治疗组患者采用左归丸加减方合中药封包。比较干预前后两组患者的主要症状积分(腰膝酸软、五心烦热和月经稀发)、血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成激素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、卵泡发育(窦状卵泡数、成熟卵泡数和窦前卵泡数)情况及不良反应。结果治疗组患者治疗后的腰膝酸软、五心烦热和月经稀发症状积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后的E2水平高于对照组,FSH、LH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后的窦状卵泡数、成熟卵泡数和窦前卵泡数均多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论左归丸加减方合中药封包治疗卵巢功能不全,能够有效减少临床症状,提高E2水平,降低FSH、LH水平,对调节性激素水平,促进卵泡发育,具有良好治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Zuogui Pills combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)package on premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods A total of 60 patients with POI treated in the Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled as the research objects from January 2021 to May 2022.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with modified Zuogui Pills,while treatment group was additionally treated with TCM package.Before and after intervention,scores of main symptoms(soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,oligomenorrhea),levels of serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),follicle development(number of antral follicles,mature follicles and preantral follicles)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dysphoria in chestpalms-soles,oligomenorrhea symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of E2 in treatment group was higher than that in control group,while the levels of FSH and LH were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of sinus follicles,mature follicles and presinus follicles in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Zuogui Pills combined with TCM package can effectively reduce clinical symptoms,increase E2 level,reduce FSH and LH levels in POI patients,which can effectively regulate sex hormones and promote follicle development.
