摘要
目的:观察左归丸对肾阴亏虚型男性少弱精子症患者的影响。方法:220例男性不育症患者均口服左归丸,连续治疗90天。观察和比较治疗前后患者精液常规参数、性激素水平的变化和临床疗效。结果:临床总有效率为86.1%;治疗后患者的精液量、精子密度、精子数量、前向运动精子以及活动率较治疗前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者的睾酮(T)和促黄体生成激素水平(LH)较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后促卵泡生成素、泌乳素、雌二醇水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:左归丸治疗肾阴亏虚型不育症患者具有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe the effects of Zuogui pill on patients with oligoasthenospermia of kidney yin deficiency type. Methods： 220 patients with oligoasthenospermia were treated with Zuogui pill for 90 days.Changes in semen parameters and sex hormones level before and after treatment and the clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Results： The total clinical efficiency was 86. 1%. Differences in the sperm quantity,sperm density,semen of the total number of sperm,forward motile spermatozoon and sperm motility before and after treatment were significant（ P〈0. 05）. The testosterone level and luteinizing hormone level after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Differences in the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,prolactin and estradiol were not significant between before and after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions： Zuogui pill is effective in treating oligoasthenospermia of kidney yin deficiency type.
