摘要
减振和隔冲击设计对航天飞行器可靠性和安全性设计具有重要意义。先利用爆炸冲击的加载试验,获得了典型蒙皮桁条结构有效的冲击加速度数据。建立并修正了减振结构的动力学仿真模型,利用验证的仿真模型对五种不同的结构减振方案进行分析,得到一种有效的减振优化设计方法。
Vibration and shock isolation design is of great significance to the reliability and safety design of aerospace craft.In this paper,the loading test of explosive bolts was carried out,and the effective impact loading data were obtained.The dynamic simulation model of the vibration damping structure was established and modified.The validated simulation model was used to analyze five different vibration reduction schemes,forming an effective optimization design method for vibration reduction.
