摘要
针对相同平台卫星不能满足多种运载力学环境的问题,设计了一种对接环减振装置并进行了试验验证。首先通过分析卫星对接环功能特点,结合金属橡胶材料减振方式,设计了对接环减振装置,构建了卫星-对接环减振系统的动力学模型;然后通过正弦与随机振动试验验证了设计的有效性;其次,将对接环减振装置进行了有限元分析,将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了分析模型的正确性;最后,将所设计的对接环减振装置应用于环境减灾二号(HJ-2)卫星中,通过整星动力学分析验证了该装置的应用效果。
Aiming at the problem that the satellite with the same platform cannot meet the requirements of various vehicle mechanical environments,a docking ring vibration reduction device is designed and tested.Firstly,by analyzing the functional characteristics of the satellite docking ring,combined with the vibration reduction method of metal rubber materials,the vibration reduction device of the docking ring is designed,and the dynamic model of the system composed of satellite and docking ring damping device.Then,the effectiveness of the butt ring damping device designed in this paper is verified by sinusoidal vibration test and random vibration test.Secondly,the finite element analysis of the butt ring damping device is carried out,and the finite element analysis results are compared with the test results to verify the correctness of the analysis model.Finally,the docking ring vibration isolation device is applied to HJ-2 satellite,and the application effect of the device is verified by dynamics analysis.
