摘要
高校辅导员工作室作为一种新的组织形式,对促进辅导员专业化、职业化、专家化发展起到了重要作用。新形势下,推动辅导员工作室建设,需要多元主体共同参与。从现实来看,多元主体参与辅导员工作室建设在整合度、积极性、凝聚力及协同性等方面还存在不足。基于对案例的分析,从核心团队建设、制度配套完善、社团组织依托、交流渠道拓宽等方面提出对策,为多元主体有效参与辅导员工作室建设提供参考。
As a new organizational form,university counselor’s studio plays an important role in promoting the professionalization of university counselors.Therefore,in the new situation,it is necessary to promote the construction of counselor’s studio with the participation of multiple subjects.However,from a practical point of view,there is still a lack of integration,enthusiasm,cohesion and synergy in the construction of counselor’s studios by multiple subjects.Based on case analysis,in this article we put forward countermeasures in terms of core team construction,system improvement,association organization reliance and the widened communication channels,so as to provide reference for the effective participation of multiple subjects in the construction of counselor’s studios.
