摘要
服装产业智能化、数字化的不断应用,决定了服装人才培养需要面对新形势下的新挑战和新机遇。服装人才培养具有应用性与创新性的特征,应更加注重实践应用能力的培养。在深入分析产教融合现状、现实困境、要求的基础上,构建“创新驱动、教育兴学”“市场导向、校企联动、行业引领”“绿色教育与可持续发展”的产教融合新思路,结合教学与实践设计方案,以创新型服装人才培养为目标,提出“三位一体”与“四步进阶”的服装人才培养模式,致力于培养理论与实践、知识与能力结合的高素质服装人才探索可行的路径和创新模式。
The continuous application of intelligence and digitization in the garment industry determines that the training of gar-ment talents needs to face new challnges and opportunities in the new situation.The cultivation of garment talents has the character-istics of application and innovation,and more attention should be paid to the cutivation of practical application ability.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation,practical difficulties and requirements of the integration of industry and education,the arti-cle constructs a new idea of integration of industry and education,which is"innowation driven,education focused","market oriented,school enterprise linkage.industry leading","green education and sustainable development".Combining teaching and practical design schemes,the article puts forward a"trinity"and"four steps forward"training model for garment talents with the goal of cutivating innovative garment talents.It is committed to exploring feasible paths and innovative models for the cultivation of higb-quality gar-ment talents with the combination of theory and practice.knowledge and ability in China.
