摘要党的十八大以来,习近平总书记以辩证思维从可持续发展出发深刻阐述文化遗产保护与经济社会发展的关系,统筹推动文化遗产保护与经济社会耦合发展;以生态思维从和谐共生的视角深刻阐述文化遗产保护与生态文明的关系,协同推进文化遗产活态传承;以历史思维从文化复兴的战略高度深刻阐述文化遗产保护与民族复兴的关系,持续推进传统文化创造性转化和创新性发展;以法治思维从完善国家治理体系层面深刻阐明文化遗产保护中政府的角色与责任,有效推进文化遗产保护法治化建设;以战略思维从提升国家文化软实力的高度深刻阐释文化遗产保护中的国际话语权,创新引领遗产对话与文明互鉴。习近平总书记关于文化遗产重要论述蕴含的科学思维,彰显了中国特色、实践风格和理论视野,为新时代文化遗产事业提供了根本遵循和行动指南。 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has profoundly expounded the relationship between cultural heritage protection and economic and social development with dialectical thinking from the perspective of sustainable development,and promoted the coupling development of cultural heritage protection and economic and social development;profoundly elaborated the relationship between cultural heritage protection and ecological civilization with ecological thinking from the perspective of harmonious coexistence,and promoted the living inheritance of cultural heritage;deeply expounded the relationship between cultural heritage protection and national rejuvenation with historical thinking from the strategic height of cultural rejuvenation,and continuously stimulated the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture;profoundly clarified the role and responsibility of the government in the protection of cultural heritage from the level of improving the national governance system with the rule of law thinking,and effectively promoted the construction of the rule of law by the protection of cultural heritage;deeply explained the international discourse power in cultural heritage protection from the perspective of enhancing national cultural soft power with strategic thinking,and innovatively led heritage dialogue and mutual appreciation between civilizations.The scientific thinking contained in General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on cultural heritage highlights Chinese characteristics,practical style and theoretical horizon,and provides fundamental guidance and action guidelines for the cause of cultural heritage in the new era.
