不均匀下卧土层对叠合装配式管廊力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 下卧土层不均匀容易导致叠合装配式管廊发生错台、张拉和扭转等变形,进而导致混凝土开裂,严重影响管廊的日常运行。为了避免不均匀沉降产生的危害,本文基于山西某叠合装配式管廊工程,利用ABAQUS有限元软件建立管廊土体有限元模型,分析下卧土层不均匀时叠合装配式管廊的力学性能,探究管廊的最薄弱部位并提出相应的优化建议。同时,基于管廊纵向基础土体变形模量的差异对其底板沉降和应变规律的影响,建议该工程相邻管段基础土体的变形模量容差控制在200 MPa以内。 The unevenness of the underlying soil layer can easily lead to the deformation of the precast composite assembled tunnel,such as stagger,tension and torsion,which in turn leads to concrete cracking and seriously affects the daily operation of the pipe gallery.In order to avoid the harm caused by uneven settlement,this paper is based on the precast composite assembled tunnel project in Shanxi Province,using ABAQUS finite element software to establish the finite element model of pipe gallery and soil,to analyze the mechanical behaviors of the precast composite assembled tunnel when the underlying soil layer is uneven,to explore the weakest part of the pipe gallery and to put forward corresponding optimization suggestions.At the same time,based on the influence of the difference of deformation modulus of soil in the longitudinal foundation of the pipe gallery on the settlement and strain law of the bottom plate,it is suggested that the deformation modulus tolerance of the foundation soil of the adjacent pipe sections of the project should be controlled within 200 MPa.
