摘要
场地的不均匀沉陷是导致埋地管线破坏的重要原因之一。至今,国内外对这一问题的研究甚少。本文提出了一个新的方法,用以分析受沉陷作用的埋地管道的反应,该方法选取跨越非沉陷区和沉陷区的埋地管道为研究对象,用三次曲线模拟沉陷区管道的几何大变形,推导出沉陷区段管道在几何大变形条件下的受力平衡方程和内力递推公式,用弹性地基梁模型模拟非沉陷区的管道变形,并用沉陷区和非沉陷区交界面处的变形及力学协调条件给出了交界点处的内力,从而可以计算出沉陷区管道各点的位移和截面内力。文中用该方法试算了一批算例,研究了几个影响因素,如沉陷参数(沉陷区长度、沉陷深度)、埋深、管径、管-土间摩擦角等对管道的影响,得到了和实验结果相符合的一些规律性的结论和有工程实用意义的结果。
This paper offers a new method which deals with the analysis of buried pipelines subjected to settlement.The authors selected a segment of buried pipelines through non settlement and settlement zone to analyze. In settlement zone,by using cubic curve to simulate the geometrical large deformation of the pipe line,the relevant force equilibrium equations and axial force recurrence formula can be deduced. In non settlement zone,the pipelines can be supposed a semi infinite beam on an elastic foundation.Referred to the boundary conditions and force coordination conditions,the formula of internal forces at the section of the pipeline are developed. For some examples,a series of parametric analyses are undertaken to study the influence of settlement on buried pipelines,and the general conclusions regarding the measure to upgrade the resisting capacity of buried pipelines for a given settlement zone are summarized.
