某船钻采工况下的减振降噪分析

摘要 本文采用基于统计能量分析法的VA One软件分析平台,建立某船的SEA声学模型,综合考虑该船钻采工况下的主要振动噪声设备的声能量激励,通过数值仿真计算出全船A计权声压级,评估该船舱室噪声水平是否达到标准,同时确定舱室噪声超标的具体数值,提供后续降噪处理的依据,对于噪声超标的舱室给出可操作、经济和方便的降噪方案。 In this paper,it adopts the VA One software analysis platform based on the statistical energy analysis method and sets up the SEA acoustic model of a ship.It considers comprehensively the acoustic energy incentives of the main vibration noise equipment of the ship under drilling&production conditions,and through the numerical simulation calculates the cabin A sound pressure level of the whole ship to assess whether the cabin room noise level has reached the standard of specification,and at the same time determine the specific value of the cabin noise exceeding the standard and provide the basis for treatment of subsequent noise reduction.An operable,economical and convenient noise reduction scheme is proposed for the cabins if exceeding the noise standard.
