摘要
通过对近十年来大型挖泥船的噪音数据进行搜集,并对已采用的新型减振降噪措施及其应用进行研究,文章提出挖泥船减振降噪设计应重点考虑总体布置、大型旋转设备选型及大型泥管的避震等综合措施与应用。经实船验证综合方案效果明显,为今后挖泥船设计建造提供了可借鉴的实际经验及依据。
The noise data of large dredgers is collected in the past ten years, new vibration and noise reduction measures and their applications is studied. The key points of the design of vibration reduction and noise reduction of dredger are put forward, which need to consider the comprehensive measures and applications such as the general layout, the selection of large-scale rotating equipment and the shock absorption of large dredging pipe. The comprehensive scheme is proved to be effective by the actual ship, which provides the practical experience and basis for the design and construction of the dredger in the future.
