摘要
横沥东坑合建污水处理厂位于东莞市横沥镇,已建一期工程及一期提标工程设计规模为12万m^(3)/d,扩建二期工程设计规模为15万m^(3)/d,部分建构筑物土建按远期23万m^(3)/d建设,采用“预处理+多级AO生物反应池+矩形周进周出二沉池+高效沉淀池+反硝化滤池+精密过滤+紫外线(辅助加氯)”的工艺路线,出水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准及《水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)的第二时段一级标准的较严值。本工程面临三大难点,即全厂用地紧张、出水水质要求高、进水管改造难度大。本文详细介绍了项目的工艺选择及设计要点,可为同类工程提供参考。
The Hengli Dongkeng co-build sewage treatment plant is located in Hengli Town,Dongguan City,the design scale of the completed phase I project and the phase I standard upgrading project is 120000 m/d,the design scale of the expansion phase II project is 150000 m^(3)/d,the civil works of some buildings and structures will be constructed by 230000 m^(3)/d in the long term,and the process route of"pretreatment+multi-stage AO biological reaction tank+rectangular peripheral inlet and outlet secondary sedimentation tank+high-efficiency sedimentation tank+denitrification filter tank+precision filtration+ultraviolet ray(auxiliary chlorination)"will be adopted,the effluent shall comply with the first level A standard of the"Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"(GB 18918—2002)and the stricter first level standard of the second period of the"Water Pollutant Discharge Limits"(DB 44/26—2001).This project faces three major difficulties,namely the tight land use of the entire plant,high requirements for effluent quality,and high difficulty in reforming the inlet pipe.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the process selection and design points of the project,which can provide reference for similar projects.
