摘要
萧山钱江污水处理厂自一期工程建成至今已超过20年,经过一期改造和二期扩建工程,现状处理规模为22×10~4m^3/d。介绍萧山钱江污水处理厂扩建及提标改造工程的工艺选择和构筑物设计。设计过程中,在保留并充分利用现状构筑物的基础上,对一、二期工程(22×10~4 m^3/d)进行提标改造,同时扩建三期工程(12×10~4 m^3/d)及深度处理设施,实现全厂总规模为34×10~4 m^3/d出水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A的标准。
The first phase project of Xiaoshan Qianjiang Wastewater Treatment Plant ( WWTP) has been built for more than 20years. After transformation and expansion project,the present treatment scale is 220 000 m^3/d. This paper introduces the selection of process and design of expansion and upgrading reconstruction of Qianjiang WWTP. During the design process,based on maintaining and making full use of existing facilities,the first and second phase project will be upgraded. At the same time,expansion of phase Ⅲ (120 000 m^3/d) and advanced treatment project will be built in order to make sure the total effluent of 340 000 m^3/d reaches first grade A standard of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918-2002 ) .
