摘要
原污水处理厂工艺以改良AAO为主,排放标准为一级A,存在处理能力不足、进水冲击负荷较大、硝化反硝化反应不充分等问题。提标扩容后,一级处理增设平流初沉池,二级处理改造并新建生化池,后续处理单元增设后置好氧生物膜池、高效沉淀池和精密过滤池。该设计基本能保证现有处理构筑物连续运行,实现不停产改造,进一步去除NH^+4-N、TN、TP和SS,达到四川省岷沱流域排放标准,对同类提标改造工程设计有一定的借鉴意义。
Existing treatment process of WWTP is modified AAO process,and the effluent quality is required to meet first grade A discharge standard.There are some problems such as insufficient treatment capacity,large impact load of influent,inadequate nitrification and denitrification reaction,etc.After upgrading and expansion,the primary treatment will be added with horizontal flow primary sedimentation tank,the secondary treatment will be transformed and added with a new biochemical tank,the follow-up treatment units will be added with post aerobic biofilm tank,high-efficiency sedimentation tank and precision filter.The design can basically ensure continuous operation of the present treatment structures,realize the on-line reconstruction,furtherly remove NH^+4-N,TN,TP and SS.The effluent can meet the discharge standard of Mintuo basin in Sichuan Province.The project can provide references for similar upgrading and expansion projects.
