沼气工程运行中沼气组分影响因素分析

摘要 本文以运行中的沼气工程厌氧工艺生产线为研究对象,通过对比沼气组分数据与日常记录找出各影响因素,明确进料数量、进料组分、运行温度、搅拌、辅料添加等因素对沼气组分的影响,同时提出切实可行的不利影响削减方法。其间根据不同影响因素制定不同的运行方案,从原料检测、原料运输等方面入手,配合运行温度控制、搅拌等技术手段,保证厌氧系统稳定运行与沼气组分平稳。沼气组分对沼气工程的经济性有较大影响,也是衡量沼气工程厌氧系统运行的重要指标。本研究明确了沼气组分的主要影响因素,并给出减少不利影响的方案,提高了厌氧系统运行的稳定性。 Taking the anaerobic process production line of biogas engineering in operation as the research object,this paper identifies various influencing factors by comparing biogas composition data and daily records,clarifies the impact of factors such as feed quantity,feed composition,operating temperature,stirring,and auxiliary material addition on biogas composition,and proposes practical and feasible methods for reducing adverse effects.During this period,different operation plans are formulated based on dfferent influencing factors,starting from raw material detection,transportation,and other aspects,combined with technical means such as operating temperature control and stirring,to ensure the stable operation of the anaerobic system and the stable composition of biogas.The components of biogas have a significant impact on the economy of biogas engineering and are also important indicators for measuring the operation of anaerobic systems in biogas engineering.This study clarifies the main influencing factors of biogas components and provides a plan to reduce adverse effects,improving the stability of anaerobic system operation.
