摘要
催化裂化装置吸收塔中段回流冷却器壳体出现分层现象,壳程底部严重腐蚀。冷却器抽芯后通过宏观检查、超声测厚和超声波探伤方法对腐蚀部位进行检测,同时结合冷却器的腐蚀介质分析其腐蚀原因。结果表明:腐蚀由壳程介质导致;壳程介质H_2S含量大,形成湿H_2S腐蚀环境,并在低合金钢中出现了湿H_2S腐蚀分层现象。
Serious corrosion and material segregation were occurred in the shell bottom of the absorption tower cooler. The corrosion parts were detected by methods of macroscopic examination, ultrasonic thickness t and ultrasonic flaw detection after core pulling, and the corrosion cause was stated combined with the analysis of corrosion elements. The results showed that, due to the high content of hydrogen sulfide in the shell side medium, wet hydrogen sulfide environment formed resulted in the corrosion as well as the segregation in low alloy steel.
