摘要
目前使用的3个中国肉桂油标准,既不能将新法、老法肉桂油进行有效区分,又导致大多数新法肉桂油为不合格品,对行业发展没有起到标准该有的引领作用。为了使3个中国肉桂油标准在实践运用中更具有指导性,建议在标准中进一步明确“反式肉桂醛、香豆素、乙酸肉桂酯、反式邻甲氧基肉桂醛”4个特征组分的含量范围。基于对800批次肉桂油(新法肉桂油350批次,老法肉桂油450批次)中这4个特征组分的检测数据分析、统计的结果,建议将其含量范围确定如下:新法肉桂油中反式肉桂醛、香豆素、乙酸肉桂酯、反式邻甲氧基肉桂醛这4个特征组分依次为>80.0%~88.0%、0%~1.5%、0%~1.0%、4.0%~8.5%,后三者之和为6.0%~12.0%;老法肉桂油中这4个特征组分依次为72.0%~80.0%、>1.5%~3.0%、>1.0%~5.0%、>8.5%~13.0%,后三者之和为>12.0%~18.0%。同时,将肉桂油中“相对密度”理化指标进行修改,新法为1.040~1.052,老法为>1.052~1.070。
The three Chinese cassia oil standards currently in utilization could not effectively distinguish the cinnamon oil prepared by the new method or old method,and caused most of the new method cassia oil to be unqualified products,which had not played a leading role in the development of the industry.In order to made three Chinese cassia oil standards more instructive in practice,it was recommended to further clarify the content range of the four characteristic components,namely trans-cinnamaldehyde,coumarin,cinnamyl acetate and trans-O-methoxy cinnamaldehyde.Based on the analysis and statistics of the data of these four characteristic components of Chinese cassia oil in 800 batches(350 batches of new method and 450 batches of old method),it was suggested that the content range was as follows:the four characteristic components in cassia oil of new method were>80.0%-88.0%,0%-1.5%,0%-1.0%,and 4.0%-8.5%,and the sum of the last three wa s 6.0%-12.0%.The four characteristic components in cassia oil of old method were 72.0%-80.0%,>1.5%-3.0%,>1.0%-5.0%,and>8.5%-13.0%,and the sum of the latter three was>12.0%-18.0%.In addition,the physicochemical indexs of relative density of cassia oil should be revised as follows:1.040-1.052 for new method and>1.052-1.070 for old method.
